We live in a world that celebrates the mind. We are taught to think harder, plan better, analyze more, and push through discomfort. We learn to trust logic, productivity, and performance. Yet somewhere along the way, many of us forget that the body is also intelligent. The body is not simply a vessel carrying us through life. It is aware. It is awake. It is constantly communicating. Long before the mind understands what is happening, the body often knows. It knows when we are exhausted before we admit it. It knows when a relationship no longer feels safe. It knows when stress has lingered for too long. It knows when we need rest, nourishment, stillness, movement, connection, or solitude.
