You Are Light: The Divine Energy Within You

For centuries, we’ve been conditioned to see God as something external, an all-powerful being separate from us, watching over the world from a distance. But what if that’s not the full picture? What if God isn’t “out there” but within us, woven into the very fabric of our being?

The truth is, God is light. And that same light resides within you.

The Science of Light and the Divine

This isn’t just a spiritual concept,it’s a scientific fact. Light is the foundation of all existence. Everything in the universe, including you, is made up of energy, and at the core of this energy is light. From the cells in your body to the vast galaxies in space, everything is illuminated by this fundamental force.

Modern science tells us that light is essential to life. The Sun provides the energy that sustains the Earth, plants convert sunlight into food through photosynthesis, and even human cells emit biophotons tiny flashes of light that regulate our biological functions.

If we take this a step further, quantum physics shows that energy and consciousness are deeply interconnected. Some scientists suggest that light is more than just a physical phenomenon, it may be the key to understanding consciousness itself.

You Are the Embodiment of Light

This realization changes everything. If God is light, and light is the fundamental essence of life, then you are not separate from the divine, you are an expression of it.

Think about it: every thought you have is powered by tiny electrical signals, flashes of energy, or light, moving through your brain. Every heartbeat, every breath, every moment of awareness is a testament to the divine spark within you.

You are not a powerless being searching for meaning. You are meaning itself, radiating light with every step you take. The universe isn’t something outside of you, it’s within you.

Living as Light

  1. Recognize Your Own Light – Stop looking outside yourself for validation or divine connection. You already carry that sacred energy within you. Trust it.
  2. Shine Without Fear – Light is meant to shine, not be hidden. Share your gifts, your love, and your presence with the world.
  3. Radiate Love and Positivity – Light is warmth, compassion, and love. The more you embody these qualities, the more you reflect the divine.
  4. See the Light in Others – If you are made of light, so is everyone else. Treat others with the same reverence and kindness that you seek for yourself.

You Are the Universe in Motion

You are not just in the universe, you are the universe, experiencing itself as light. Every cell in your body, every thought in your mind, every moment of awareness is part of the same divine energy that fuels the stars.

So step into your power. Embrace your light. Shine unapologetically. Because when you do, you’re not just reflecting the divine you’re embodying it.

Divine is Beyond Labels

Theres so much beauty in the universe. I honor the presence of God in everyone.   The diversity of this world doesn’t confuse me, it makes me fall deeper in love with God and with humanity. Our differences are not barriers. They are beautiful.   They are the artistry of a Divine Creator. The essence of God is not confined to one name, one tribe, one religion.   Race, nationality, belief systems—these are human constructs, not divine limitations. God is Spirit. Boundless. Pure.   Far beyond every box we try to fit the Divine into. We are born open, whole, deeply connected.   It’s fear, ego, and conditioning that teach us to separate and compare. To believe one soul is superior to another based on tribe or religion is not only untrue, it’s a distortion of truth.   A distortion of the Divine. If God wanted one tribe, one race, one religion…   Wouldn’t that have been easy? But diversity is the design.   Each of us, different yet divine.   Every b...

Versions

In a moment of profound self-reflection, honouring the different versions of myself that have shaped who I am today. Every choice I’ve made,  every decision that felt uncertain at the time, has contributed to the wisdom I carry now. I’ve journeyed through many phases of growth, each one adding depth and understanding to my identity.  In some ways, I’ve been many people in one lifetime and that’s something I'm proud of. Each version of me, whether it was a version of hope, doubt, strength, or transformation, has served a purpose. And now, looking back, I can see how each part of my story was necessary for the person I am becoming. I honour that and in doing so, I honor my capacity to evolve. It’s a reminder that I’m never stuck just always in the process of becoming, continuously shedding layers and uncovering new possibilities.  I stand as a testament to my own resilience and growth, fully embracing both my past and my future. While reflecting with gratitude ...

Aztec Calender Aka The Sun Stone

I love all kinds of Aesthetics especially ancient arts. Sometimes i feel i should be in a destroyed city which existed thousands of years and has recently been found. Just digging up old beautiful crafted things..or mummies.lol Aesthetics can be percieved in different ways to people. What i feel is beautiful might not be to you or intresting. Two years ago i would never have thought i was into art especially the so not called "modern" arts. I appreciate anything that people take time to make, Put thought, meaning, and importance to create. Anyway I did a project on the Aztecs last semester and i was amazed. Because usually we only see "modern" paintings, carvings, figures, etc. And unfortunately some arts that are really facinating and intriguing are looked at as ugly or non modern. The aztecs are precolumbian mesoamerican people of central mexico. Some say they dont exist anymore while some say there are few of them left. Whichever is true only fact is there a...
