The Love That Lets Your Soul Rest

There is a kind of love that doesn’t just make your heart flutter it makes your soul exhale.

It nourishes you from the inside out. It doesn’t take from you, it expands you. It grounds you while lifting you. It aligns with your peace, your purpose, and your becoming. That kind of love is more than emotion it is medicine. It is a soft place to land and a sacred place to rise.

But too often, we are not taught to seek this kind of love.

We are taught to chase chemistry. To confuse attention with intention. To fall fast before we’ve even checked if the ground beneath us is steady. We are told that intensity equals intimacy and that love is only real when it is chaotic, unpredictable, and all-consuming.

And in doing so, we forget something essential:

Love is not just a feeling. Love is a foundation.

Look Beyond the Butterflies

It’s not just about who makes your heart race. It’s about who helps your soul rest.

Love should not only excite you it should stabilize you. It should feel safe, honest, and solid. It should make you feel seen, not just desired. It should invite growth, not insecurity.

When you are choosing a life partner, look beyond the butterflies.

Look beyond the highlight reels and the beautiful captions.

Look beyond the laughter and pay attention to the silence.

Look beyond how they treat you on a good day and ask how they show up on the hard ones.

Ask yourself:

Can this person hold space for me when I am not performing?

Can they sit with me in my grief, in my exhaustion, in my becoming?

Do they know how to communicate without ego?

Can they meet challenges with maturity and grace?

How do they respond to stress, to money, to accountability, to truth?

Because while attraction may spark the connection, it is character that sustains it.

It is emotional intelligence that deepens it.

It is mutual respect that keeps it alive.

Don’t Confuse Patterns with Potential

You are not just choosing someone to laugh with.

You are choosing someone to build a life with.

Someone to heal beside.

Someone to grow with.

Someone who will become part of your legacy.

And for that, you cannot afford to choose carelessly.

You must be intentional with your partnership especially when society glorifies dishonesty and celebrates the illusion of connection over the substance of character.

Let’s be honest:

Cheating is not a mistake.

It is not something that just “happens.”

It is a mindset.

A pattern born from entitlement, selfishness, and emotional immaturity.

Someone who cheats does not value sacred connection they value access.

They seek validation. They want attention, not accountability.

That is not a partner. That is community property.

A somebody for everybody. A liability, not a legacy.

You were never created to share your sacredness with someone who treats love like it is disposable.

Let them align with another version of themselves. Let them go.

Love is a Legacy, Not a Vibe

A person who cheats doesn’t just betray your trust they betray the foundation of safety, dignity, and respect every relationship deserves to be built on.

They do not just step out. They step away from growth, from emotional responsibility, from truth.

No matter how charming they are, how many apologies they offer, or how often they say “I’ll do better” a person who belongs to the streets will always bring dishonor into your life.

Not because you lack value, but because they lack integrity.

You cannot receive what someone does not carry.

You are not here to play therapist to someone who refuses to grow.

You are not here to fix someone who keeps breaking you in the process.

You are here to be loved fully, truthfully, and without fear.

This is why your standards must be high.

Not because you are bitter. Not because you demand perfection.

But because you are deeply clear on what you need to feel safe, to be seen, to thrive, and to be at peace.

Choose Peace Over Performance

Choose someone who values their own peace because they will protect yours.

Choose someone with a rooted sense of loyalty not loyalty that appears only when it’s convenient.

Choose someone who sees boundaries as sacred, not as threats.

Choose someone who can tell the truth, even when it’s hard.

Someone who listens without becoming defensive.

Someone who knows how to pause, reflect, and repair.

That is what love looks like when it’s mature.

Because the truth is: someone who belongs to everybody does not belong with you.

This Is the New Standard

Love that honors you is not just about romance it is about legacy.

It’s about building something that lasts beyond attraction and aesthetics.

You’re choosing more than a partner.

You’re choosing the co-architect of your future.

The person your children will watch, learn from, and mirror.

The one who will speak life into your dreams and hold your hand in uncertainty.

You are choosing someone who will either add to your peace or take from it.

And if they cannot protect your heart, your growth, or your sacred becoming they are not your person.

They are a lesson. And you can release them with grace.

You deserve more than a vibe. You deserve a vision.

A partner who sees all of you not just what you give, but who you are.

Someone who loves you through every phase of your becoming.

Someone who honors your evolution, not resents it.

Someone who supports your growth instead of being threatened by it.

Love That Feels Like Home

This is the new standard.

This is not about perfection.

It is about presence.

It is about consistency.

It is about truth.

It is about maturity.

It is about mutual respect.

Real love is not chaotic.

It is not performative.

It does not make you beg for the bare minimum.

Real love feels safe. It honors you in public and protects you in private.

It nurtures your vision and allows you to breathe deeply.

Let this be a reminder:

Not everyone deserves access to your heart.

Not everyone deserves a seat at your table.

Not everyone is equipped to walk beside your destiny.

Protect your peace.

Protect your purpose.

Protect your love like it is sacred because it is.

Choose love that honors you.

And never, ever settle for less.

With love,

Umi

Divine is Beyond Labels

Theres so much beauty in the universe. I honor the presence of God in everyone.   The diversity of this world doesn’t confuse me, it makes me fall deeper in love with God and with humanity. Our differences are not barriers. They are beautiful.   They are the artistry of a Divine Creator. The essence of God is not confined to one name, one tribe, one religion.   Race, nationality, belief systems—these are human constructs, not divine limitations. God is Spirit. Boundless. Pure.   Far beyond every box we try to fit the Divine into. We are born open, whole, deeply connected.   It’s fear, ego, and conditioning that teach us to separate and compare. To believe one soul is superior to another based on tribe or religion is not only untrue, it’s a distortion of truth.   A distortion of the Divine. If God wanted one tribe, one race, one religion…   Wouldn’t that have been easy? But diversity is the design.   Each of us, different yet divine.   Every b...

Versions

In a moment of profound self-reflection, honouring the different versions of myself that have shaped who I am today. Every choice I’ve made,  every decision that felt uncertain at the time, has contributed to the wisdom I carry now. I’ve journeyed through many phases of growth, each one adding depth and understanding to my identity.  In some ways, I’ve been many people in one lifetime and that’s something I'm proud of. Each version of me, whether it was a version of hope, doubt, strength, or transformation, has served a purpose. And now, looking back, I can see how each part of my story was necessary for the person I am becoming. I honour that and in doing so, I honor my capacity to evolve. It’s a reminder that I’m never stuck just always in the process of becoming, continuously shedding layers and uncovering new possibilities.  I stand as a testament to my own resilience and growth, fully embracing both my past and my future. While reflecting with gratitude ...

Aztec Calender Aka The Sun Stone

I love all kinds of Aesthetics especially ancient arts. Sometimes i feel i should be in a destroyed city which existed thousands of years and has recently been found. Just digging up old beautiful crafted things..or mummies.lol Aesthetics can be percieved in different ways to people. What i feel is beautiful might not be to you or intresting. Two years ago i would never have thought i was into art especially the so not called "modern" arts. I appreciate anything that people take time to make, Put thought, meaning, and importance to create. Anyway I did a project on the Aztecs last semester and i was amazed. Because usually we only see "modern" paintings, carvings, figures, etc. And unfortunately some arts that are really facinating and intriguing are looked at as ugly or non modern. The aztecs are precolumbian mesoamerican people of central mexico. Some say they dont exist anymore while some say there are few of them left. Whichever is true only fact is there a...
